Maggie Dickens, LPC-S, is a licensed therapist, coach, and the founder of Cathartic Counseling & Coaching. She helps deep-feeling, overwhelmed women reconnect to their worth, set boundaries that stick, and feel more at home in their lives. Maggie brings a blend of warmth, humor, and no-BS guidance to everything she does—including this book club. 

She believes connection is the most cathartic tool we have—and that books are better when read together.
